For everyone that says she’s a great teacher and I agree she would be a great teacher for her probably the majority of students however, you are going to get students who refuse to participate in. Somethings so asinine and stupid. Even at the age of five they will see that as asinine and stupid, and they will not want to participate. He movements may be an easy way to determine whether or not the children understand what you’re saying, but what you’re teaching is conformity of a group by doing that and what happens when the group picks on one child are you gonna protect that child?

I completely and totally disagree. Treating children and talking to them like they have some mental disability just because they are children doesn’t help them. They need to be talked to and treated like adults so they understand they are not different.

I wish I had that kind of energy and enthusiasm. My days I tend to avoid extra social interaction that’s unnecessary bc it exhausts me. I would die in this job.

I work in a daycare I am developing a sty, I got 5 hrs of sleep, haven't eaten, ans can feel myself getting sick. but every day I show up for my kids, today we read a spooky Halloween book during which I I ran around showing the kids the spooky monsters and asking them to point out any monsters that may be hidden, I was so light headed. but listen if you're a parent take every day at a time and even if your down or can't seem to.get out of your rut just keep showing up, never leave them high and dry

This is what we do as Kindergarten teachers! It's exactly why I need a cup of coffee before I log on and start my virtual classes..............they have SO much energy and teachers need to bring their A-game to class every day. Yes, it's exhausting but incredibly rewarding at the same time! :)
