Honestly detaching what you eat is literally 80 percent of the job folks working out is 20 too can work out all you want but if you don’t give up the sugary drinks the sugary foods sweets and junk food your not gonna make a difference

Isn't 7mins too short? Ik its tough but a 7 min workout should be done in 1rep or twice?
