Ummm th immigration part all lies..he was deported becuase he wasn't a citizen of usa period.. when you're a Green card holder and you commit a felony you'd be deported . if he had filed like he said and got his citizenship and got out of prison he could've still come to ghana becuase he wont be classified as a flight risk so he could still come to ghana and go to usa anytime...

Okay with the immigration issue don’t think he’s telling the whole truth, I think he didn’t have a green card or his green card was revoked bcos of his felony issue. Bcos I-130 is a form ur relative used to apply for a green card for a family member who doesn’t hve a green card. He said he had a passport what passport Ghana one or USA passport? Things doesn’t add up,he won’t be deported if he was USA citizen , green card holder yes they can deport u.

Probation doesn’t hurt anyone who is willing to do good, they put u on probation to see if u will change ur wrong ways of living and do something good in ur life and also to the community. Probation is another opportunity to turn ur life around and do good. The fact he said he said he want to go to Ghana is not truth.
