My problem is my parents there paying $400 for comcast and want to switch to fire stick, but you know how some old people are they don’t want to have to do all this clicking to watch a movie or tv shows. They want a set up like comcast that’s easy to navigate. Getting the message "OnStream couldn't load" I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Made sure it's on in Firestick settings. I have 2 other Firesticks running no prob in my house. Any suggestions?
