Every thing depends on how things proceeding , once responsibility is fixed then every thing should be clear. NTA is trying to establish a new system for evaluation with many hurdles. Conducting any exam on national level is itself typical because responsibility transfers to many. But, main thing is why they don't want to use budgets , why they don't want to improve, why they don't take responsibilities? questions are many. Candidates are correct why they suffer if they already paid there share for same economically, mentally and physically. If it is failure then government have to improve instead of changing all things, this is full and final. Blaming any single person for whole issue is not correct upto when there's no such particular facts against any. Many things are unclear why student is unimportant and all other matters are more important? Why?
