The series possibilities that can be added within a reports are so weak. For the Time To Resolution, all i can see is an AVERAGE. Impossible to get the total number of hours spent on something. If i get a report "Past Year By Month", i get the total of hours per month (doesn't seems to be the average but the real hours), but on the summary over the graph, i get something ridiculously low... probably an average per ticket or something like that. Reports in JIRA are basically useless.

I could find some use for a table saying: How many issues are aged of 1h, 4h, 8h, 1 day, 1 week, etc... but the SLA Goals seems to show only the data for the last 7 days. The CEO doesn't give a shit of the 7 last days... they want the big picture.

Not going to spend too much time on these reports in JIRA because there's not much things to see. I spent 15 minutes on it and i've seen it all
