J, You gotta get a fever.
ОтветитьCall yourself drummers but you didn't feature the Jordan Hastings pre-chorus fill on Alexisonfire's track 'Young Cardinals'.
Embarrassing.
I had to give this a THUMBS DOWN because there was NOT ONE NEIL PEART Drum fill ANYWHERE in this list. Good LIST but it should have been 18 not 17...Plus you missed some really good BUDDY RICH stuff..
ОтветитьNo Clyde stub sad
Ответить"Jack and Diane" from John Mellencamp (drummer Kenneth Aronoff) deserves a spot on this list
ОтветитьNo Tom sawyer ? HURTS
ОтветитьAwesome sound on that drumkit. Mymines a ten piece drum kit with double bass drum. Lolcrash & ride cymbsls. Need more. Anothrt 6 at least. Lol
ОтветитьAwesome by phil Collins , in the Air tonight , in "miami vice !" 1985.
ОтветитьDave Lombardo--pretty much every song from South of Heaven or Seasons in the Abyss.
ОтветитьIn bloom was the work of chad channing
ОтветитьNot one mention of the Professor?! Are you serious?!
ОтветитьOh my God! Nirvana? You missed so my far better fills, my friend. Man...
ОтветитьIm 14 and a drummer and tbh most of my music taste is around the 1980s 1990s
ОтветитьMy favorites are from Every Little Thing She Does is Magic and (Don’t You) Forget About Me.
ОтветитьI just searched your page for Phil Selway and this is what came up? You do a whole episode on Meg White but you don't celebrate one of the most original and interesting drummers out there? Even worse, you celebrate the creep fill?
ОтветитьThis "in bloom" pattern was created by Chad Channing not Dave Grohl.
ОтветитьSo many classic reggae songs you can tell immediately by the drums.
ОтветитьThe drum fills in Afterglow(live version) & Duke’s end by Genesis .
ОтветитьNo Neil Peart's Tom Sawyer fill? are you nuts?...
ОтветитьGreat rock drum fill video without Tom Sawyer? Really?
ОтветитьWhat about "seasons in the abyss" by slayer?
ОтветитьFantastic selection and very well demonstrated. I especially LOVE the Bonham fills -- incredible. One of my favourite fills, insanely simple and so so good is....Dave Grohl's intro to "Lake of Fire."
ОтветитьEverlong's drums is 100% written and recorded by Dave Grohl. Taylor had absolutely nothing to do with it, other than recreating it later
ОтветитьChad Channing played the iconic fill for in bloom Not Dave Grohl!!!! Well he invented the fill but yes Dave is on the recording of nevermind, but you must give Chad credit for creating that iconic fill 😊
ОтветитьYooo?
ОтветитьYou played totally thé bad method for Phil Collins : he never played like that with thé toms .You just saw some seconds to know how to play this song but you should take more minutes / hours/ years your playing is totally false
ОтветитьI wish I could I say I like this video. But he is full of it in terms of cutting the audio.
ОтветитьDave Grohl is 4/17 of these, nice
ОтветитьOne I love is from Uk-The Only Thing She Needs featuring Terry Bozzio.
ОтветитьI think Steve Gadd's fill on Aja by Steely Dan deserves a slot on the list.
ОтветитьLooks like they took out the “No one Knows” play
ОтветитьI think the rat by the Walkmen is a outstanding fill
ОтветитьKurt was right. Canadians say "Nir-van-ah", for some reason. Although, says I, not in the east coast.
ОтветитьDave Grohl is such an awesome drummer he showed up not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times just because of how good his work is.
Ответитьother famous drum fills.1. Jack and Diane Kenny Aronoff 2. Won't Get Fooled Again Duh 3. Black Dog- Another Duh 4. Walking on the Moon- Stewart Copeland 5. Angel of Death Dave Lombardo 6. Be My Baby- Hal Blaine 7. Funky Drummer- Clyde Stubblefield 8. YYZ- Neil Peart 9. Sunshine of your Love-Ginger Baker 10. Little Wing- Mitch Mitchell 11. Emminence Front-Kenny Jones 12. I never knew there was this many people who liked watching drums played. I used to sit behind my brother at all his gigs and just watch him play from like 5 years old to the day he passed when I was 27 (he was 18 years older than me). There at the end I used to have the thought in the back of my mind that I was weird for sitting back behind him at bars, really everywhere. But it never stopped me cause I just loved watching. I sure miss them days man. So thanks for these videos, they take me back.
ОтветитьWould love to see a video with iconic intro's. Think Stevie Wonder's Superstition
ОтветитьVery good
ОтветитьYou got John Bonham but no Neil Peart? 🤔
Ответитьim a guitarist what am i doing here? and why am i enjoying it?
ОтветитьThe flam is the real winner in this video.
ОтветитьSteve smith’s fill on Journey’s separate ways
