I rarely agree with "top x" lists but this one was spot-on!

A thouhgt came into my mind: maybe we should differentiate between support and enabler characters? Kokomi is an enabler for Nilou bloom and Kuki is an enabler in the Hyperbloom team, for example.

I only have constellations on two 5 stars and yes c2 on Zhongli. That sky rockets double hydro Hutao to the best single target team I have at my disposal. The other is Albedo because what can I say, Mono Geo was my favourite team to run. Itto and Noelle were best boy and girl for me for a long time. I love bringing mono geo to the abyss when there are no shields. Unfortunately this abyss really hates on geo.

i wouldn't say xingqiu is best for freeze. he has a single target hydro application so it's a little more difficult to get hydro on a bunch of enemies compared to characters like kokomi, ayato or even mona. the best units for freeze work are a lot more uncomfortable to use wtih him as well, ganyu doesn't do normal attacks and ayaka has her burst + sprint that will waste a lot of xingqiu's burst uptime.
he is definitely the best hydro 4* for freeze, but not the best overall

Support in Genshin is truly a very “broad” term.

My main team is Kaveh Kazuha Xingqiu and Yao Yao. It’s a bloom focused team and since kazuha can pull people and my blooms it’s perfect

Tbh I think Mona should get an honorary mention. She has one of the best damage buffs in game and a massive hydro nuke.

Why would zhongli in any other element be broken? If his role is shielding than geo would be his best element, bc only geo allows for 150% dmg absorption against all elements, if he were any other element his shield would be weaker. The only thing that another element would do for him is have a bigger number on his burst, which doesnt matter if u plan on using him as a shielder. If u were to use him as a burst dps with an element thats not geo the shield would have been weaker, even weaker than the geo counterpart, since he would only have higher dmg absorption to said element. And his pillar would be situational if he were a different element since th pillar has a tendency to break, has really short range so even moving slightly would be enough for the enemy not to get hit by the pulses, so not really reliable to apply an element to the enemy

I would like to mention Layla because I found she works well with Hu Tao and her shield cooldown and shield duration is 12 seconds, meaning you could have almost infinite uptime on her shield with the right rotation. And based on my experience with using her, she's one of the, if not the number 1 best 4 star shield. Yea sure she can't heal like Diona can but I believe that the almost infinite uptime on her shield makes up for it

I realize it's a bit silly, bit I think for this video, calling them HM 'mons would have been hilarious; They're used so often, but rarely given time to be appreciated properly xD

Maybe i missed it, but i think you didnt mention that the main reason Nahida is OP as a support because she has the best dendro application. I realize that you said about the best consistency but not what is she consistent in. So far, imo, the closest one to having the most consistent dendro application is Alhaitham and DMC. I dont have Alhaitham so im not sure how true that is. But if i ever need reliable dendro applier. Its either Nahida or DMC. The others are pretty meh.

Idk if Baizhu existed when this video released, and I'm pretty sure he did, Baizhu is a better healer than Kokomi, considering all of his healing is "Positioning-independent" and require near 0 field-time. Also aside from healing A LOT, Baizhu increases damage from the best reactions in the game, making him a "make-shift Nahida" with heals
