Ответитьi need a single example somewhere... of a long-muzzle-headed character (like that minotaur very briefly shown) actually working. Or well how to make it work.
Tutorials show non humans sure but they are all standard human muzzle type. The minotaur shown in this vid isnt like that sure... but theres no video showing how to make that kind of head work and not get warped like a deflated halloween mask
PLEASE make this compatible with MAC.

It's better than the Mixamo rigging system for a number of reasons, such as being able to re-calibrate the skeleton.
