I guess you already have to be decent in blender because he jumps in at a thousand miles an hour. I dont even have the initial plane that he made figured out and he is already up onto the trunk of the tree.

If your planning on not doing any kind of animation, you can plug the camera output instead of object. It basicaly projects the texture from the camera to the object

This is an excellent method for creating trees thank you. I find however that the remesh ends up lagging me quite a bit and I can never quite get it to work without making jagged glitchey topology

When I rotate the tree, only the original tree rotates, i only see 1 tree, not 2, i followed every step though??

I tried creating trees myself for 2 hours, didn't go anywhere. then 5 seconds into the video I see the old plane to one vertex thing and went "of course!!!". this is so much faster than trying to glue cubes together
