If you don’t mind me asking at hours were you able to make the push into corporate? I’m really curious. Right now I’m in the medical field and working on my PPL so I’m slowly getting all my ratings to make a career change into aviation. I would love to be home every night or must nights during the week so I’ve just been looking for operations that allow a pilot to have that opportunity

Absolutely love “day in the life” videos. Great job putting this together and yes, early start time, early end time for you. I’m also glad to see many folks going into corporate aviation vs airlines (not knocking the latter), gives more options like freight and municipal too.
I fly both helicopters and SEL - as a hobby.
PS - you have a beautiful home, and that kitchen is gorgeous!!

I'm the weird one that liked the captions while flying😂 Some of the words we wrong but I understood it. As a student pilot, I'm still nervous about all of the tower talk and want to learn to understand all things

It’s my belief these clickbait titles for aviation should be dropped. It’s misleading and give the public an unrealistic headline of aviation.

As a pilot you are still working full time doing planning, staying healthy, and still learning

Can you give more info on your time as a CFI-S? Like as far as dual time given, and the differences between it and CFI-A? I think this is the only way I'm going to be able to build time. I watched the video with Trent and your other videos as well. For what it's worth, I'm an engineer with a job I love and I am going through my PPL right now. It's going to take a unicorn pilot job for me to leave my current one especially since I WFH and have four day work weeks.

Thank you for sharing great video! I enjoyed watching your daily life!

How do you like the CJ4? The mountains going into PANC are amazing, wish I flew over them in daylight more often. Happy Tuesday from a super hot and humid Hong Kong, where it feels like 102F at 8:30 in the morning.

I really enjoy day in the life of and behind the scenes videos, as well as the flights and explanations. I am 70 and haven't actually flown in 40 years (low time private pilot-often wish I had chosen aviation) but have enjoyed following aviation again since covid. Being an anesthesiologist, many studies have been done(in anesthesia) about the work environment, work flow, multitasking of both our professions being similar..critical moments of going to sleep (taking off) and waking up (landing). Also, constant multitasking and staying 5 -10 steps ahead of everything. So, I enjoy watching pilots do these things well and you do them well. Thanks for taking the time to shares these things and it will be fun when you get your additional GoPro. I am also a dog person, am gardening, want chickens and like seeing how you and husband tackle all these things in the day of life. Thanks and please keep them coming when you can.

Another great video. I really like the segment in which you work as opposed to commercial You might look into the Contigo line of cups and tumblers. I have a no spill one you can actually lay it on its side. It’s pretty tall and skinny and fits in almost any cup holder.
I’m trying to talk my 13 year old granddaughter into getting interested in aviation. I sort of grew up in a float plane as a babysitter in rural Maine but for some reason never thought about it as a career. Partly because I’m built like a linebacker and grew up in the commercial fishing industry. But at 56 I’d love to learn to fly

I lived up there for 5 years and my hubs keeps talking about going back but to Idaho this time.
