Excellent.. I do a combination of short 12-15 minute workouts… it gives tremendous variety and challenges and targets different body parts🌸👍🏻

Is it normal for this to be difficult? I haven't really worked out my arms before. I'm using 10lb dumbbells. I can do it but it's a little sloppy and I'm tired during it. I'm doing it every other day and I'm a week in so far.

My fingers really hurt but in the arms they hurt worse the fifth one really got me I felt the burn on the 10th one and the fifth one too🥵 and I’m tired🥱

Im 41. Female. 157 lbs. 4’11. I started my health journey. Lots of walking and intermittent fasting. I lost almost 15 lbs. now im starting to add weights.
This was not hard at all for me.
I used 5 lbs dumbbells.
Im excited i found your channel.

Love your workouts and that you skip warm-up and cool-down time (which I can add on)- I know exactly how much of the workout time is actually work. And love that your moves are dynamic- they're challenging and it keeps me from getting bored. I use all of the different types of workouts and different lengths of time depending on how much time I have that morning. I feel these the next day.

Day 1 ✅ i used 3lbs it felt i use my arm for the better im skinny so i hope i will gain muscle more soon. Do you recommend to do this every day?
Day 2 skip
Day 3 ✅
Day 4 ✅
Day 5 sick
Day 6 sick
Day 7 sick

Week 2:
Day 8 ✅
Day 9 skip
Day 10 ✅ my arms is more getting stronger I think I need to add more lbs soon. 😊
Day 11 skip

Day 14 ✅ i will doing it alternately not per day

Week 3:
Day 15 ✅

This felt good but as I don't have 8 pound weights I have been doing it with 5 pounds but I think that's too easy. Should I try 10 pounds or just without breaks?

My arms are flabby. I'm just trying to build more muscle and get them toned. Your arm workouts are so easy to follow. The speed that you go is just right.

Love this workout, but please tell me how to move (or not move) my ribs. They are ribs and apart from moving while breathing they cannot move. Pls advice.
