ОтветитьIs it normal for this to be difficult? I haven't really worked out my arms before. I'm using 10lb dumbbells. I can do it but it's a little sloppy and I'm tired during it. I'm doing it every other day and I'm a week in so far.
ОтветитьMy fingers really hurt but in the arms they hurt worse the fifth one really got me I felt the burn on the 10th one and the fifth one too🥵 and I’m tired🥱

This was not hard at all for me.
I used 5 lbs dumbbells.
Im excited i found your channel.
I wish there was a video with no breaks to finish faster

ОтветитьLove your workouts and that you skip warm-up and cool-down time (which I can add on)- I know exactly how much of the workout time is actually work. And love that your moves are dynamic- they're challenging and it keeps me from getting bored. I use all of the different types of workouts and different lengths of time depending on how much time I have that morning. I feel these the next day.

ОтветитьMy arms are flabby. I'm just trying to build more muscle and get them toned. Your arm workouts are so easy to follow. The speed that you go is just right.
