Many of my friends love it but every single time I take it, no matter how early, it doesn't make me feel tired but once I go to sleep I sleep over 13 hours, have crazy dreams, and feel extremely groggy. It's less the second night if I don't take it a second time. I forced myself to take it for a week and these symptoms worsened and I didn't notice any benefits. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have to say it definitely makes me feel different in a good way! I have severe ADD/ADHD although at 38 I'm definitely more predominately inattentive and it so far has been a good supplement to my prescription Adderall. I wanna say it is an antidepressant on steroids and I have been able to remember and engage better in things. It will HELP but you still have to engage yourself.
