Remove/Uninstall DirectX 12/11 on Windows 10/8/7 (2023 Re-updated)

the files of directx from registery keeps coming back after i restart

It worked for me. I deleted even the subfolder of Direct X. Updated windows, reset and done. Thank you so much.

I have league of legends on pc but after i put hard ssd to my pc the game don't work and tell me that d3dx9_39.dll is missing, i downloaded it and put it in system32 and syswow 64 and it is still not working, i wanted to setup direct x but another error happens "setup cannot download the file please retry later or check your network", if i uninstalled direct x and redownload it, it may work ?
please answer me i am so depressed right now :(
