#3 Somebody is clearly living there! There's a set of keys, prescription glasses, change on the dresser, and no dust, on either the dresser or the bed. He'd do well to get out of there, not because of the ghosts, which appear to also live there, but because of the resident returning. The house is clearly NOT abandoned. i feel like if a poltergeist can jiggle a door handle when the door is closed, it can do it while the door is open and we can see both sides. Further more, what does a "ghost" get from moving drawers and jiggling handles. If they can do that, they can obviously communicate more effectively.
