How to reduce the size of your WordPress database using 2 plugins

My database size is continuously increasing when I optimize the database table it gets to normal but it then start increasing database size very fast

Thanks for your help, I just wonder if the quality of the video image could be improved as it is hard to see where you where clicking in the plugins functions before removing the items in the database. Thank you
