Intimacy is always in private in the secret place. The way you speak in tongues in private, you can not speak in the middle of congergation because no one will understand it, you will make people think of you as a mad person. But if you speak in the church or anywhere tongues like English, maybe someone new invited guest who understands English where the who congergation speaks Spanish so this person only understands English and you never spoke English before in your life that moment The Holy Spirit inspired you to Speak so the other person to understand the urgency messages..that you can. But if you are leading prayer or singing or preaching or casting out demons... or singing in tongues...in front of the Congregation without interpreter isn't BIBLICAL.
