Do not stress about your mile time. Focus on finding your legs and the enjoyment of running. Like you've said in previous videos - slow progression is best. Set a goal - maybe NYC Marathon? I ran it 7 times. Was never easy but an amazing experience. You can do it. inch by inch. mile by mile!
