So there are two versions of this fan - the ARGB and RGB - do both sets come with a controller or is no controller included on the ARGB kit since it plugs into a mobo header?
ОтветитьHow many fans can you chain together?
ОтветитьWhen installed and not working don't panic guy's just give some movement to magnet connection and it will make good contact and works fine
ОтветитьYou saying every set is included with controller... I read on Amazon one star reviews about they got it without controller so what wich do I order ,
ОтветитьCrazy how other brands can charge just as much and not offer anywhere near this value
ОтветитьIs there a way to use those fans for a 480mm radiator? 4 in a straight line
ОтветитьI really hate that these controllers use proprietary connectors. I feel like a standard 3 pin argb connector would be much more useful.
ОтветитьHello, can you tell me, friend, is this fan stand synchronized with Aura Sync?
ОтветитьBuilding computers since 2000. In 2010, broke a case fan blade off the hub cleaning. I searched online for case fans with removable hubs thinking somebody made that option. I found nothing. 13 years later. Here they are.
ОтветитьMolex? Really??
ОтветитьTheir connections do look reliable. These are available in Canada in two kit forms. I was just looking at this 140mm version of this kit at Memory Express and tempted to buy 2 of these complete kits plus a pair of their radiator fan sets
ОтветитьIts a shame that thermaltake knows what magnets are but can't figure out how to use them on the control hubs. I HATE needing to slap adhesive onto the back of my system
ОтветитьCan they been controlled by RGB fusion from Gigabyte directly on the MB?
ОтветитьWhat is the difference between RGB(black label) and ARGB (white label)
ОтветитьCan be used USB has power only instead of desktop power supply
ОтветитьIt would be possible to sync with a asus motherboard 3 pin rgb? And how? Thanks
ОтветитьYou had me sold until you said hub. These manufacturers need to get it through their skulls... Standard PWM and ARGB connectors with these fans! My modern MB has plenty RGB headers but limited USB connectors!
ОтветитьCan this sync the argb with aura sync fans?
Ответить2023 and still uses molex, only adding psu cables 💀
Ответитьso how many fans can be controlled off of 1 box? 12? I have 12 fans and 4 boxes currently.
ОтветитьWish there were another set of fans with black blades and only outer rings that are rgb without the middle ring glowing.
ОтветитьHey, great video. Can you please do a test with these fans on the software and see if you can select the inner ring (blade) leds and turn them OFF (or set a dark color so they essentially turn off) while keeping the rest ON to achieve like a Halo effect? Thanks!
ОтветитьWorking on a new build (havent installed windows yet),
Purchased these fans but wont turn on at all.
My question is do i need to install software for these to operate?
Never owned thermaltake fans or their controller before
I love everything this product has to offer.
1. High quality fans
2. RGB lights are beautiful and bright
3. Very easy to install.
4. The blades are so easy to clean since it can be removed.
5. Swapable blades for exhaust.
6. 3 EXTRA Blades
but that MOLEX connector is a joke.
Yap 480 rad user here, would be nice that 4th one, might be tempted to buy
ОтветитьI’m a fan
ОтветитьThank you so much for the video you actually brought up an important part for me and that is the 4th fan I plan to install 4 fans, do you know if you attached a 4th fan can you manually use the software to get the RGB fan to work and align to the others or would it be better to buy another fan like the Riing squad what do you think is the best setup or options for 4 fans in your opinion>?
ОтветитьThe design is great but the pricing on these is utterly unacceptable. They are actually more expensive that Corsair ML fans which takes quite some effort. These need to be more like £60 to £70 for 3 to be competitive. You can get the Lian li unifan triple kit for around £70 which currently has far stronger brand power, though lack the nice fan swap feature.
ОтветитьThis be some future shite !! great review Mike ! ;--)
ОтветитьYou know you've made it when you can add £300 worth of fans to your computer😒
ОтветитьFantastic review Mike, Thank you. The reason we use molex connection is we can supply a constant voltage to the hub, and sata is only 3.3 volts. which is not enough to power the v4 hub
ОтветитьNice looking fan, did look to see if I could purchase one fan for my one fan non gaming PC but they only seem to come in 3s, hey ho! Great video thanks Mike.
Ответить125,89 € for a set here and only 2 left 😲 they most be more than great.
Mike's Unboxing, Review & How to is Worthy of a Support comment. Like & a share 🙂
The RGB looks Outstanding Really clear and Vibrant did you change Camera or Is It the Fans ? Magnetic too Very Noice
ps Can you re greace any Fans My Corsair has started Grinding at Start up it settles down but its defo the bearing or the inside doing it
Such a smooth LED transition beautiful set of fans thanks.
ОтветитьMagnetic...whaaaaa?!? This will be amazing for cases that need just like 2 more holes to put 3 fans In the top or side.
ОтветитьI'm so glad you reviewed these fans! I've been debating whether to spend $600 to replace my 11 Corsair SP fans, which have given me a cable management nightmare (22 cables, yikes!). Your review has been helpful, but I still have some concerns about the software and default programmed RGB effects.
I've read some Amazon reviews that mention the software can be buggy and difficult to set up. I would really appreciate it if you could do a follow-up review that dives into the software and showcases the different default RGB effects. It would be extremely helpful in making my decision to purchase these fans.
Having a clearer understanding of the software experience and the RGB effects would definitely help me (and probably others) feel more confident in investing in these fans. Thanks again for your initial review, and I hope to see that follow-up soon!
Also I just want to express my sincere gratitude to you for taking the time to show off and review these fans. It's truly awesome that you've provided us with valuable insights and an honest opinion about their performance. Your dedication to helping others make informed decisions is greatly appreciated. Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you once again for shedding light on these fans! I'll use your link when I go to buy the fans 😉
I got these and for the life of me can't get them to light up. The fans spin but the software can't detect the controllers, so no lights. Tech support hasn't figured it out either.
ОтветитьI ❤it , I work really hard to hide wires, this is a lot less wires and I love flip blades. It’s an interesting product I hope more companies come out with their version of these. Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьThey're twice as expensive as my Artic P12 RGB. Something tells me they're not worth it.
Ответитьhow would this work in a non rgb case?
ОтветитьAs a Yorkshire man there's no way i'm paying over £100 for 3 fans, especially as they're not even dual ring.
ОтветитьPS Personally, not a huge fan of magnets in a computer case! (PUN!) lol
ОтветитьHey Mike! Is there any computer cases that A.I. has designed to be the "perfect" or close to, design for airflow? You know, like they have some rally vehicles and stuff like that? That would be a very interesting video to watch and learn stuff on!
ОтветитьRecall the live stream and still impressed with the clever design. Both for the swapple fan and the magnetic connectivity. The Rolls Royce of fans imo. Thanks Mike and Kath🐈👍
ОтветитьGood review Mike.l like the overall looks and functionality of those fans 👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ответитьi do believe using molex connectors you can use more wattage than the sata connectors specially when you going to use 3 or more fans the only thing they have to work out is the controller itself or just use both controllers if you use more than three fans
i bet they were pricy to buy .nice video i do like them.
Great video Mike, thanks for sharing!…
