How do I fix my hp sprocket select from printing blanks?

Firmware is updated, printer is fully charged, photo papers are loaded properly, I’ve reset, but still no change. Just bought it brand new a couple months ago and only printed 2 photos. any help would be appreciated please.

It won't let me print and it keeps saying I have a update for the printer but I go to setting and don't see nothing

This is a joke right. Thanks for attempting to solve my issues by sending me a printer I would never buy, and within two days had problems communicating with the app AGAIN!!!!
Customer service in India? They don’t care.
But I felt better throwing the app across the room. Bye bye HP.
Do not buy from this company they don’t have customer support.
It’s an oxymoron.

Support is impossible to get to. My sprocket studio broke 2weeks after the warranty date. I guess it survived the suggested warranty date but goddamn it lasts literally 2weeks extra?? That’s it??? Wasted new cartridges to troubleshoot even the old cartridge had lot more photos to print. Just stay the fuck away from this.
