Man, this looks and sounds incredible. Two engineering greats battling it out on the most historical and famous endurance race in the world. One car sounds like the pinnacle of technology (Porsche gt1) and the second one (McLaren F1 GTR)...well...that sounds like Satan is screaming at the top of his lungs... absolutely ear-gasmic and visceral sounding that McLaren F1 is❤❤❤

Its like the mini vs the mustang in old touring cars mine would beat mustang in corners were mustang would have power on straights. Beautiful over taken moves very smooth buy the porsche

Everybody is talking about those two (amazing) cars but not a single person is talking about Le Mans. It's been now 100 years Le Mans make possible this kind of stunning battles

The McLaren looks like it's floating right over ever bump, while the Porsche violently hits every bump like a jackhammer.

The whine of the Porsche and the scream of the McLaren. Beautiful, this is what a modern car should look like too

I just love the way each of them is playing to their car's strengths.
The McLaren lets off the throttle a bit early before the corner and lets the Porsche through because he knows taking too much speed into the corner will lose him more distance than simply giving it up and taking it back immediately after the corner.
The Porsche driver is just so confident in taking every turn.
And just look at how dainty the cars look, there is charm in their shapes/designs.

Shows you what an utter monster the F1 was. It was never intended for le mans so it was not purpose built like the others. And yet, with a few modifications, it won OUTRIGHT in 1995.

This is what happens when a unstoppable force meets an immovable object. Reminds me of Hakkinen vs Schumacher at Spa in 2000...the McLaren was faster on the straights and the Ferrari was quicker at the turns.
