If someone from healthcare has been nominated with Ontario and they provide a job offer in Ontario that is not related to healthcare and their profession, does that have a negative impact? My friend is a pharmacist and has a job offer within office administration in Ontario. Does this work for him? Or it’s better to apply for the related positions and only show that he has applied? Hello, I wanted to ask you just a little thing. I’ve already applied for OINP and got the ITA. However, I’ve worked as an engineer in my back home, but now I am working as a technician in Canada. But the work that I did and doing is almost the same. Should I put the same NOC code for my back home work experience? Or do I need to change it to engineer level of that NOC code?

Hi ,my score is 417 and my noc is 33101 but I have not received EOI from ontario!!!do you know why???

My employer is denying to fill employer form . They are ready to give Employee verification letter where they mention all the required details. Like job desc. Noc, etc. ls OINP foreign worker stream same as sponsorship?
I think I need to convince them . They are providing similar info for work permit as in Employer form. Don't understand what is there problem with employer form. Any ideas to convince them.

I have received this notification one week ago. While gathering documents, my company two days later transferred me to another department in another location with same noc.

Can i update my express entry profile or will it be an issue and I'll lose my invitation

I had a study permit till 30 april 2024, but my first course ends on Dec 15, 2023.
I have already opted for a 2nd course and got approved for a study permit extension till 31 march 2025. Have received the permit in mail. But i have not got my passport new stamped yet.
Due to a family emergency i need to travel to India for 2-3 weeks. Can i travel with the current stamp on my passport. Please advise.

I have a question. My two year work experience is completing on Feb 1st 2024. I am CEC candidate. And my understanding is that I will receive 13 points in my express file in the beginning of January. Until what date do I need to continue work so it counts as two year exp? Work permit expires on Jan 25. If I need to leave job in Jan will that still be 2 year or I need to work until feb 1st.

I listened to your feedback. Today is my 323 day learning French online.. though my expected points in Feb is 517. Not taking any risk

IRCC should hire more competent software engineers. I would understand if a software issue takes a few days to resolve. But taking more than a month and they couldn’t fix it? Come on. 😑

I have a question- I am seeing everyone saying that due to technical glitches EE draws are on hold, however we are continuously seeing PNP draws happening for BC and Ontario. I don't understand why they are not holding EE "no program specific draws"
