ОтветитьI know this question is possibly not in your field of knowledge, but I’m 5’2 and 200 lb. I do have a lot of stress in my life, as my husband passed away and having problems with not only with the loss of him, but trouble from my stepchildren. And I am healthy and on no medication. And I am taking care of my mother who has Alzheimer’s with no help from my siblings. My doctor recommended a medication “Contrave” but after reading so many peoples success and horror stories of side effects I’m wonder from you and your followers, or readers seeing this post, how your programs could help me lose 60 for my health. I was wonder what the success rate has been for your followers. And helpful comments would be most appreciated . Thank you.

ОтветитьHi, I have been wondering about squats (no chair). I have not heard it said from anyone showing squats. Do you tighten your bootie or thighs while doing them or just relaxed and doing them. Lots of great videos from you, Thank You :)

ОтветитьI hv got osteoporosis and ligament problem since I had hairline fracture 9 years ago. I also hv thyroid problem. Will the squatting exercises help my knees or will it injure my knees. Pl advise, Margaret.

ОтветитьI wish I could raise up onto my toes. I have bursitis in the metatarsal across the entire top of the foot. Can you recommend any exercises to help with that? Will try the other exercises.

ОтветитьThankyou Margaret. Doing the exercises in front of the chair and behind is ok.Standing on 1 foot is difficult,without one hand to balance. Any suggestions. Perhaps I should mention , my age is 87.
