i done a lot of research but i havn't got the solution..

also I believe my laptop has been hacked before recently although I found and deleted trojan maleware gen im not even to sure what that is but I believe some people that I know were pulling a prank on me as I heard laughing in the background of a video I created on it and I believe they had access to my laptop via some sort of key logger, although i am terrible with computers so I literally have no idea, could have they done this from my laptop and em how could I fix it if this is possible Ive tried using the video as a tutorial although when i go on google bot it says there are no blocked sites.

Hello, I have A problem a site I usually spend a lot of time on that I can usually access without any issues has recently been acting up in the description box for the website it says this "A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt". and when I click on the link it says this, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED ,HELP ME PLEASE:(!, This has never happened before and I'm not sure why it is happening now its never happened for any other site ether.
