interesting theory, but for some reason I only managed to apply this with a bullish trend in the beginning. Then I started seeing something like an elliot wave and then I was able to apply this in a bearish trend. Also the elliot wave is a reminder for me, that when completed, a reversal is highly possible.

Good old reliable replay mode, More smoke and mirrors........ FVG's really? if you believe this is how institutions trade, I have some bad news for you, it's not..... why do you think institutions use proprietary containment .....FVG's have little significance. the tape which is not readily available to retail traders is your edge. if you don't have the data you are just liquidity.
