I've been trying to wrap my head around a build that's similar. Thanks for the simple explanation.

When I do a npm start in the project folder and npm start in the project/server folder in 2 separate terminals I get the following error...

Port 3001 is already in use
[1] [nodemon] app crashed - waiting for file changes before starting...

Anyone else facing this?
