Ответитьok, i thought i was done after finishing 10 minute speed walk, was feeling so good decided to do another quick video with this fat burner 💪🏾 the videos go so fast and Rick makes it so fun you don't even feel like you working out, just having a walk and chat with a friend. THank you Rick 💜

ОтветитьI love this one for breaks, etc. 10 minutes go by so fast. I hold light 1kg dumbells in each hand. I've got a cold today, so I can't do my full routine, and I'm home, so I'm gonna do this on the hour every hour. 1st hour done. The next one is at 11 am ❤

ОтветитьNew subscriber here, I tried this one and really enjoyed it! It's absolutely perfect for low energy, low motivation days, because it's perfectly doable and still sweaty! A win-win in my book, as I hate "suffering" during workouts, they must be truly fun for me to make a long term commitment. Thanks for this!

ОтветитьI love your videos. I used to do them often, and then I got diagnosed with COPD. It got hard to keep up so I stopped. And I put on about 35 kilo. I am starting to exercise again but I have a question. You had a video with a couple called Wade and Angie. Do you still have it ? I used to do the exercises with the three of you, but I can't find it

ОтветитьAnother romp through, Rick. Love the speed of this one. Trying to push through deflation. Been doing keto for 6wks. Lost 10lbs and the last 2wks have gained 2 despite eating right, drinking water and exercising. Hoping this bump in the road goes soon
