ОтветитьHi guys! When doing the side stretch when I release to come back to standing straight the opposite side gets a pain. Am I bending too far or coming back too slow or fast? Enjoying my 3rd month of yoga and my healthy future!✌️

Ответитьive done this a few times now. straight up beginner. ill keep at it. alternative to that pigeon? i cant get that leg under anywhere near close what your doing. I'm a 50+ with poor flexibility so that one doesn't seem realistic doesn't feel like I'm ending on a positive. cheers
