I watched multiply of your video's. I listen an take heed about what your saying but there is MULTIPLE things your very wrong about. ONE the tales set works PERFECTLY for my BARD which you said it was AVERAGE. SECOND the envenom works PERFECTLY because that unresistible damage comes through every single time. THREE the bard is not average at all well the dps at least it's GODLY. The way you built it I see why it's average. FOUR xuna is super worth it yes true she'll get another debuff but that won't matter because I have 4 Warlord Inspiration an 6 Indomitable. Oh FYI if you don't believe me about my bard just ask Lilly my guild leader from Rebel Souls.

With the pack not in zen store anymore are we still able to somehow get pages if we buy books??

Just look at all those nick nacks he´s got on his character, look at all those little buffs and items. Geez man you´d think they wouldn´t have enough space to put all that pay to win on one screen, but that´s no problem, they make a new tab. I am sure Aragon is well meaning and he is doing these vids for the benefit of the players, but imo he chose the wrong game, neverwinter is a scam, it´s a boring chore that demands you pay for it instead of it paying you.

I am having such a hard time reaching even 50% bolster....i reached 30% on my comp and mounts and it seems so hard to get higher. I don't have much AD and as for Zen I don't mind spending some $$ but i dont even know what would be efficient for my zen for character progression. Its sad because I find a ton of mod 20 guides but literally everything changed in 21 and there is very little help regarding it currently. Super sad because those 2 things is what separates my character from being so behind right now i feel like. That and boons of course.

The scarf and belt have their own set bonus, irrespective of the journals' set bonus. They're just of the same theme. I'd get the Journals, but have exactly $0 I can spend on ZEN until after they leave the ZEN market. That said, if there's a new event coming with comparable artifacts, I'll just wait.

Like using Spiked Defender Vambrace, Rusted Iron Leggings, Ebony Shirt and even Ring that has swordsman's perk all together? Or do they all add up?

I don't get why you recommend the diamond set for a tank. For it to really be effective you have to stand still. It's nearly impossible for a tank to do that on harder content, IC and Vos especially

In my opinion the sets a good set if you can get it for 3000 Zen instead of spending 13 to 15,000,000 astral diamonds get it now. The future has so much uncertainty in a video game who knows what’s gonna happen most people don’t have a gear score of 50 to 60,000 again in my opinion it’s definitely a good set and it does boost your DPS

I'm fairly sure that you didn't mention it, but the scarf and the belt aren't needed for the set bonus. If you have three of the books then you get both set bonuses. But other than that good vid man keep up the vids

What I love about your videos is that you keep it realistic. Yes, the journals are best in slot, yes Xuna is the best companion, but they're not going to change your life in any big way. Have you ever tested the Wayward Wizard? I swear it's the most underrated companion in the game, and available for 2 gold 😅 Does aoe damage every second or two and has a big burst damage too, plus it slows mobs as well, making it perfect for a ranged fighter, keeping enemies at a distance while you ping arrows/eldrich/etc at them. Seriously, check it out. Lol. I'd love to see how he measures up.

Personally I think 2 journals is good on healer for power, hp and at least +1 to all ability scores (results may vary).
But I know what you're saying, and let's face it these days if you just equipped any random bunch of high item level artifacts the difference would be minimal... Especially on paladin 🤣👍

Its unlikely that the new set will be better so they are definitely worth buying at this point.

Edit at least for me, these journals seems to do much more than 2% on my ranger.

One of the key things here is that you get the arti gear bonus without the neck and belt if you have the artifact part of the set due to a bug apparently.

I run the engine mantle set. They give 2.5% damage increase. No chances just set bound damage.

it must be difficult to get a Proc of 10% Weapon Damage when there's no such thing as weapon damage no more.

Maybe they mean Base Damage, based on Total Item Level?

Are these sets mainly for dps? Are any suitable for healer and Tank?

Northside did a video recently on how he uses Venom Journal and only upgrades that one with Tales pages, as it's not necessary for the other Storyteller's Journals he has, just the one he uses in combat. But he doesn't know if any are good for Healer or Tank.
