I really enjoyed your video! I am a Tenyru Rayz Spectra fan too. I have 4 Tenyru rods. If you really want to make that rod sing, I would encourage you to pair it with a Daiwa 17 Gekkabijin EX 2004c or the EX 1003. I thought my high end Shimano reels were good, but this Ajing reel is simply amazing. It has an ultra smooth drag and a silky smooth action. Look forward to more of your videos.

Fantastic! I can say you're not missing out by skipping over the Finetail in favor of the Tenryu. I was disappointed in my Finetail in terms of bite sensitivity and the ability to feel the fight of the fish in your hand (its kind of dead, especially noticeable in still water). My Tenryu Integral is significantly better in those attributes and I'm sure the Spectra is several levels above that with a significantly higher carbon content. Seeing the bend in the rod on these stockers makes me excited to see what it will look like with a nice wild fish on the other end!

went below nickajack friday and the white bass are not in good yet only caught 3, flood gates were open that might have been the issue

The rod is definitely a looker. Light action is definitely seen in the bending curve. It should handle the larger fish with ease. Twin Power looks good on it as well. I would like to see you tangle with a rowdy TN Smallmouth in the current, be a fun ride. Glad you are feeling better each day.
