i have a few questions about the second recipe is any of it cooked before its added or is it right out of the fridge and if i use frozen vegetables do i need them to thaw or does it just go right in and last what setting is used just the normal "rice" or one of the others

I would leave out the corn. Corn has zero nutritional value & you cannot digest it at all.
