I want to point out that with the Burgundy inheritance you always want to send them the royal marriage request. At the start you accepted the request from them so when Charles died it ended the marriage and prevented the PU. You got it the second time because you were the emperor. If you weren't the emperor or France and was trying for the inheritance you can't get it if you accept their marriage request. I always send marriage requests to countries for the chance to get a PU. I only accept from my vassals. I watched most of your Brandenburg videos and like your content and look forward to more videos.

Why not release vassals for reconquest and removing admin consent

OMG... did you just directly get 6 provinces from Ottomans and then freed Byzantium???
Honestly... this is not a guide, this is the way how not to play EU4. Sorry, but that was worst example of gameplay strategy of Austria. Sure you can play as you wish but do not say its a guide.
FIRST war you had to take 1 province for Bulgaria and 1 for Byzantium. Second otto war you just make core returning. IMHO you way is just terrible. Just admin points losing and AE creation.

You could have been improving relation with all these nation that wanted to join a coaltion against you when you had a free diplomat. Positive relation with a nation prevents joining coaltion.
