ОтветитьI'm limited to find resources, is there an alternative to sculptex that you could find in Amazon or local craft store like Michael's?
ОтветитьHi.😊 Is there anyone who can give me advice about my friction issue. I have a company involved in development of tiny electric helmet wiper. We are facing with friction between silicone wiper blade and visor which is the main consumer of tiny battery in wiper. Now we use 40 ShA silicone refill. I found Smooth -on company have a vast number of interesting materials and its tough choice for me what might be the answer for our issue. If you can help what you will try instead silicone and NBR it would be perfect 👍. Peter

ОтветитьHello, could someone give me some advice on how to solve my little problem.
I started by making a bivalve mold.
The first time after the second casting it all FUSED me together and I had a lot of trouble getting the base model out.
The second time I put some Vaseline oil to separate the two parts, but despite this, the two castings merged together anyway.
Could you suggest me some material to ensure that the two castings remain separate ???
Currently I asked the manufacturer and seller of the "Silicone Rubber" that I used and they suggested me to use a "hand cream" (NIVEA type):
Could anyone help me?
Thanks
