this one and the first one are my favs, My thoughts are you have a lot of paddocks why not put a house into one, if you are not happy with the current one? then use the current one for staff/ content filming.

I truly loved the last farm that you showed us. if you choose that one to make your new home at, I would be thrilled.
I have seen I think it was three farms, but this one, by far appeals to me. There are so many renovations that you can do, that would make the property just shine like a brand new penny and if you choose this farm I think you would both be very happy here. Both of you, especially Matt have superb taste, and know exactly what to do to bring the best out of the property. The best of luck to you both, I cannot wait to see the finished result .

The Netherlands is steeped in beauty. Matt, thank you for showcasing the preserved culture and ephemeral, yet functional, living opportunities there. I can imagine all of your and Jesse's animals thriving and happy. It would be exciting to see a freestyle to "Adagio" (solo Spanish guitar) with Emporio and you in such a setting -- timeless, classical and absolutely breathtaking.

All the windows & even the doors on the house are shuttered. I think I spotted hinges! which means maybe they can actually be closed in bad weather! And the beautiful tall trees lining the side of the outdoor arena might have been planted as a wind breaker.

The outdoor area is a very nice piece of land for a custom home. It's more private behind the stables & out of view from the other buildings, a nice, sandy soil for gardens, and a secure gate near the walker would ensure privacy.

The original house could be remodeled as a guest house with 3? bedrooms and the barn could be remodeled as housing for staff. An outdoor arena can easily be located anywhere on the property. Just an idea to consider... 😊 It's a wonderful place to create your own wonderland!!! ❤❤❤

I like this one the best as you are correct that it is way easier to remodel and extend a structure than it is to tear it down rebuild due to zoning laws. Additionally it seems that here are less neighbors which allows more privacy and freedom. Also, as you pointed out, the location of the property makes it much more affordable.

I hate the re-pointed brick and it’s color I believe that’s what Jesse was asking in the beginning when he asked Matt about the brick and it’s “color”

This one is lovely, but do you need that many stables? Are you planning on boarding horses, or are you thinking ahead in reference to accommodations for mares to be bred to your stallion?
