Hackintosh High Sierra installation on X99 platform

hi i need your help, i installed mac os highsierra on my ssd 840 samsung using clover bootloader. on my samsung 950pro m.2 I had installed windows and until a few days ago no problem, if I wanted to access windows directly it was enough that in the boot of my motherboard I gave the 950pro disk as primary setting, if instead I wanted highsierra I selected uefi samsung 840 series - due to a virus in windows I was forced to format my ssd 950pro and install windows by creating a bootable stick. I had done it with unetbootin from highsierra without problems. when i reinstalled windows the boot clover no longer exists and i can no longer access mac os highsierra. how can i solve? inside I have another hd where I had cloned my ssd 840 with a well known program. (cloner maybe, I don't remember his name) from that clover partition it works but if I try to access either the clone hdd or the ssd 840 series disk the apple remains still without doing anything. how can I solve all this? am I forced to install everything from scratch?

Hi there Tao! I am using the same motherboard that you are using. X99UD4 Rev 1.0, I have successfully installed high sierra, everything seems to be working just fine. With the exception of USB 3.0. I can't seem to get it working properly, I was told that I could never get my USB 3.0 ports to work because the chipset used by my board is Renesas not Intel. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey thanks for the tutorial! I have only one issue. I managed to get USB to work during installation but post installation after I install Multibeast and the x99-injection.kext into Library/Extensions, USB stops working at reboot. Any Help? Im using the Asus X99-A mb.

Just tried this with a i7 5820k and a MSI X99S Gaming 9 ACK and it goes to the apple logo then turns into a prohibited sign :-(

Didnt work for me, cant boot into the installer either an apple logo with a bar that starts and then freezes or restarts the computer or lines of code that stop a boot pci

ok i cannot boot without the usb stick i might have done something wrong after the instal of the multi beast "you say copie the efi file to the boot drive " i don t really get what you mean there . can you be a bit more specifique please i am stuck ...

HI there, thanks I am having a problem with my SSD hard drive, it keeps new formatting for APFS and I am not able to change it to journal as this is a must in order to work well. Do you know how can I do this, please? No one talks about this issue and it is big. How to fix this please. Any help wuld be appreciated.

What are you using for the sound kexts? The only one that is working for me is the voodoo one but it has a really bad crackling issue.
