This is one of those pranks that quickly stops being funny after the fact and everyone is uncomfortable. But the show tried to edit it like it was funny that it happed. Good thing this didnt hurt any friendships

I remember seeing this when it aired. It’s one of the most difficult things I’ve ever watched. The betrayal of trust hurt more than the shock. This should never have happened, and I wish it didn’t.

Fun fact, Tory and one of the cameramen if I remember, used to tazze themselves FOR FUN when they were board on set. So when he says an electrical shock is THAT painful, He's not being a baby about it.

I don’t know why Adam was such a baby about it. I make stuff and get burnt, shocked, hand cuts and everything else that goes with passionate making, so a shock isn’t a big thing.

I remember watching this as a teenager then not a few years later I began working on a ranch and I understood exactly what that felt like those fences are powerful enough to get a cow to move they arnt the worst in the world but when your not expecting it and you get hit it is much more startling

Friends convinced me that an electric fence was deactivated. They put their hands on it and it didn't shock them. It actually had some time delay, so because I didn't see them get shocked I put my hand obt he fence and it FUCKING HURT. The weirdest thing? It went through my hand and I felt it at the tip of my cock. It felt fucking weird for like an hour. So when Adam says that he "felt it all over his body", I have a feeling he felt what I felt too.

That is pretty bad, i wouldn’t have done that especially having electricity go from one hand to the next hand.

I work with electricity and have had many shocks before- 1000v between fingers was the biggest sustained one and it was not nice, and just in my hand so ok. But you definitely dont want a shock like this prank, its from one hand to the next hand, so electricity travels down one arm straight through the chest, the heart and lungs, then down the next arm. Although its supposedly low enough not to kill it way too much and im not surprised at their reactions.

It only takes 0.006 Amps to stop the heart so yeah thats pretty bad. If his hands were wet or more sweaty this would make it more intense.
