I don't think he will get that far. How is he with foreign policy? Our problems aren't only just domestic. What about the threat to the dollar? What about China, Russia, Iran, and others forming up against us economically and by military strength? What kind of president would he be overall? What about the education system here? Everyone is blaming the rich but will not have financial education as part of our education system. Most people don't know what to do with their money. You can give people more money but if they are uneducated about finance they will remain in the same troubles. Why isn't the book "rich dad poor dad" a part of our school studies? Most candidates speak on tax the rich but will not push for the education of the rich. Teach how to budget in schools. Teach the 50,30,20 rule. Teach about tax breaks in school. Teach about investing. Financial education is the point.

I think its funny how the one lady is only focused on worrying about people spending money on drugs. She dances around the comment but you can tell that shes more set on depriving drug addicts than she is wanting to help the poor. She wants to control the money you get....thats unAmerican.

We own a business, have nearly 30 years. We lived at poverty level wages for 3 years. That's what it took to be able to retire at/near 50, as was our plan. It took sacrifice, hard work, being a good employer that cranks out the best product year after year. We don't need $1k a month, neither do our employees. We pay them well above a living wage, even the secretaries, and janitorial staff. You can do that, to get the best effort out of the best people. It pays to do so. What will do is wind up paying way more in taxes. We both as a company, and individuals already pay significantly more than our fair share vs someone making less, but even still more most, already. But no, we are definitely not GE. We don't break even, and unlike banks and other wealthy institutions, have never been on corporate, or any other type of welfare. .
Enough of the burden on those who work, and put otters in a position to have solid employment..

UBI, their future, sounds like sh*t! $1000 doesn't go far and everyone is going to be poor. Hopefully this guy never wins anything.

2. Yang also wants to add a VAT tax to every american good.

Wouldnt #2 cancel out #1's benifit and just create more poverty and dependence on an income we couldnt control? On an ever increasing cost of living?

The only way to make #1 work it seems and make it a true added 1k a month to peoples monthly income is not add it back again to their costs on the back end.

It HAS to come from the existing federal budget re-allocated.

Just found out via article by NY Daily News Yang is opposed to ending the rampant carriage horse abuse, and he's even completely opposed to strengthening even minimal safety and welfare protections for carriage horses. He's also opposed to prohibiting the sale of newly produced fur. This tells me he absolutely cannot be trusted at all and has turned me one hundred percent against him for any office anywhere.
