Add a Button to the List Component using Declarative Actions

declarative actions only works for form,table, header and list components only?

Hi! can you adjust the width of the columns by default? Im asking cause we dont want to scroll to the right to see all the columns

Could you please answer me how to add button to any Universal Request List on Service Operations Workspace? I'm trying to add button by Declarative Actions and it only appears on Agent Workspace.
