I like how this thing has flares on it, like the idea that a flare could out heat that gigantic ship.

I have a question about ship building.

I am currently designing a ship I call the XY-195 Overlord, and I have a dilemma. The overlord is about 1/5th of the way complete and is creating problems. The cost is currently 800k and I can’t get much higher than that or it won’t be spawnable even in a hacked campaign like I use to test my other ships.

On the other hand it’s so large putting it in the testing area means I can only put it against difficulty 1 or my game crashes due to the number of enemies. I would put it against larger ships to compensate but the build lag is roughly 5-10 seconds and I’m not sure I’m willing to armor it enough for a test when I’m just deleting it later. It works for now but I have no clue what I should do in the future. Any suggestions? Or am I just screwed until it’s done?
