It's funny how literally everyone is wrong about 180 shutter rule, including the official Canon channel :) Motion blur is controlled by shutter and shutter only, so how do you think to maintain that motion blur when you set shutter angle and then change your framerate? It will also change your shutter which means it will change your motion blur. 180 rule is true only for 24p, and that had sense in a time when only 24p existed, but for some reason (probably because it sounds cool :)) people today accepted that for every framerate, and everyone just sheepmentalled that (just invented a word :)).
