ОтветитьMy right wrist movement is soo bad i was injured but i healed i am playing with my arm right now because my wrist movements are soo bad i mean i cant flick whereever i want. my left wrist movement is soo good and i also calculated my right movement is one third of the left so i want to help :( how can i make my wrist movement better or more healthy( im sorry for my english and also i want to say right noe i cant play with my wrist and i have to play with my arm because of my wrist movement) Do you have any advice or motivation sentences because now this topic has make me bad so much :(

I spend years, including multiple doctor visits, trying to resolve it unsuccessfully. But with your advice and video calls, I was able to fix it back to 99%-100% health.

I still keep up the physical therapy to a lesser extent just to maintain. But your advice motivated me to get in shape and strengthen my body as a whole. Along with proper ergonomics, stretching/massage, running to better my blood flow, and a workout routine to strengthen specifically my arms and back, I'm happy to say I'm 100% healed.

ОтветитьI have a problem when where I fix my neck posture I have a lack of focus. Its harder for me to focus on targets to hit them and I perform worse. Is this normal and will this go away over time.

ОтветитьIt's important to use good table that can go upp or down depending on how tall neck you have so the display is front of you without need to look down. And also do some neck training
ОтветитьAs soon as i started doing chin tucks i realized i've turned into an actual tree. Like i was completely mortified at the lack of mobility and level of stiffness and pain i had in my back, neck and neck side muscles. Within few weeks doing this i fixed it. NO more headaches, no more stiffness, sleep better, play better, feel better. Insane. Its just that simple.
