its the first workout of so many ive tried that doesnt feel like 16 mins and is actually FUN to do, its my second day of doing it with other exercises that vary since i want to have fun before all, thank you, ill maybe update :)

Today is my first day and i wamt to get rid of my lower body fat that hips , thighs and those love handles are very big but my upper body is not that much fat what workouts to do to get rid most of my lower body fat and also upper body

2 years later and these exercises are still kicking my 🍑. For the last two days I have followed this video, another one of Roberta’s Gym’s 15 minute videos, and one of the 30 minute videos in a row to get approximately 1 hour workout session and when I say I feel it, that’s no joke. I had to push and take longer breaks than I did yesterday, but with the right mind set and literally saying to yourself out loud “You can do this, just push. Do not stop because if you stop you will not reach your goal.” I know this may seem harsh to myself but sometimes that’s what motivates me the most. Yes, I did miss a few sets in some of the moves, but I didn’t stay down long. Just enough to recover some strength to finish the set. You have to work smarter, not harder, and this goes for fitness too. Obviously I’m not a fit individual (currently 211 lb; 1st goal is 180 lb) or I wouldn’t be having to take so many breaks, and my goal is to build enough stamina to make it through a session without almost crying. 😂 I’ve lost 27 lbs in the last year with just diet modifications but progress started to slow down so here I am today. If no one else has said it lately, I promise you, you can do this. Noticing your own progress takes time. You may not notice progress in 3 days, not 1 week, maybe not even a month, but eventually you or someone close to you is gonna notice and you’re gonna be glad you stuck through. That’s your motivation, gaining confidence. I don’t know how I went from just wanting to comment about this routine kicking 🍑 to a mushy “don’t give up” post, but you’re welcome to whoever finds it motivating. 😂

Just started working out, I’ve tried working out in the past but gave up after weeks. I’m truly going to take this seriously and so far this video was quick and easy but also not a lazy workout either. Gonna come back after a week to update!

im trying this workout every morning for a week to see changes! I will also try my best to update everyday!

Start weight: 78.0kg
Day 1: Done! The workout was very easy for me, I definitely felt the burn and I manage to go through the whole workout!

Day 2: Done! Today I wasnt able to do it in the morning since I woke up late :( But! I managed to complete it at night before going to sleep. I was actually thinking of skipping day 2 since I had sore legs and a abdominal pain but im proud that I pushed myself through it!
