ОтветитьI did it! I failed the first batch because yeast was dead 😭 but made two more loads with good yeast and it tasted so good. I have been showing off to the family lol 😂
ОтветитьMy dough doesnt want to rise. Could be because of the colder weather today? I didnt use all the exact same ingredients as you though and never mixed the dry ingredients before adding the wet. Could that also be a factor?

ОтветитьI just tried this recipe and it turned out great! Very nice and fluffy I have had to make my own bread at home due to food allergy restrictions of tree nuts and sesame seed being in every bread at the stores. So trying my had to make my own bread and this by far was the best recipe I have tried! Bravo Joshua! The crust didn't look as good as this video. Cooked at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes and was still very blond with little to no golden brown. Since I live in Colorado I know high altitude can effect recipes any ideas to get a better crust? TIA

ОтветитьExcellent bread! I made it for the first time today and it's everything I love in a sandwich bread: soft, slightly chewy, doesn't fall apart, and makes great toast. Looking forward to making more 👍

ОтветитьAlright this is taking the piss now. This is the second recipe I've tried from you. The first one flopped badly but thought it must have just been bad luck so I thought I'd give this one a try instead. But no, These recipes don't fucking work. Mixed my ingredients, I was left with fucking BATTER. I had to keep adding more and more flour, FAR more than the recipe states, For it to even resemble a dough.

ОтветитьI’ve made this bread a couple of times now and while it’s good I wish you would talk a little slower. I had to rewind the video so many times just to make sure I heard the measurements and ingredients right.I’m gonna have to write the instructions down to make it easier for me
ОтветитьIf your yeast doesn’t look NEAR EXACTLY LIKE THAT then your bread won’t rise when proofing, lesson learned, buy a thermometer 😅

Ответить1. Bloom yeast
1. 174g water
2. 125g whole milk
3. 9g active dry yeast
4. sit for 10 minutes
2. Flour mixture:
1. 440 g of bread
2. 8g sea salt
3. 21 grams of granulated sugar
3. Pour in yeast mixture to flour in mixer
4. mix until combined
5. add (42g) 3 tablespoons of softened butter
6. mix until well combined
7. place in greased bowl, let it rise until doubled (1-1.5 hrs)
8. Grease loaf pan, punch dough
9. Roll out dough into 1/2 inch thick dough
10. roll up & place in pan. let it rise for 45 min
11. 350 for 35-40 min, nice & golden brown
12. Let it rest until it’s completely cool

ОтветитьDid anyone else have a problem after they added the softened butter? My dough started falling apart... had to take it out and knead it for a while until it incorporated😢
