I hope the remake is good I hope Konami makes it one of they best horror remakes 2 ever come back to be honest it wasn’t gory blowing off limbs like resident evil did but if they going for a super successful game there should be gore and blowing off limbs it needs to be super realistic it says unreal

The first experience of silent hill i had was the movie that came out, i think i was 6-8 yrs old when i watched it by since then, the name stuck with me. Years later at like 17, i began researching the game and bought it a couple days ago. Oh jeeze i was not prepared for how paranoid the sound of footsteps would have me. Im usually home alone when i have the chance to play it in my living room but even then i get the chills with the sun out and everything haha❤

There will never be another game like this. It truly is a masterpiece. The story is amazing, the atmosphere, the music everything about it is just unbeatable. It’s a truly tragic plot and the best plot in the entire series, IMO. I just wish Pyramid Head was left out of the other series. He was made for James and James only. I’ll never get tired of this game and can’t wait to play it again

tech is now excellent quality and in 4k but most games even in resident evil remakes or recent horror or survival games, the panning of camera should also coincide with the character you're controlling to "look in that direction by turning their head" but so far its not implemented which lessens immersion imo hence doing a cop out of going fps instead....*sigh

This has 2 b one of my favorite introduction's of a character in a game this far, pyramid head behind the bars,the red devil.when I was younger playing this game when it came out,I didn't know what the f*** I was looking at.even when he was raping the mannequins I was still wtf is that! That really added to the horror in my opinion.

Brilliant. I watched this entire thing. My only issue is that something is lost without the grain, having played it originally on Xbox I love the deterioration of the image the grain brings, and how it subtly breaks down the hyper clean CGI look of it all. I find the grain is more realistic adding an extra soft life to it and a fantastic grit and texture. Other than that fantastic video and excellent narrative to how you play it.

Unplayable to a regular fps player.
It is hard to adjust to this camera.

I think the entirety of this game, the ambience and all, is a big representation of depression brought about either as direct consequence for an action or undeservingly. It's why it's so eerie, it's estranging, and scary; yet somehow it's comfortable. You nearly want to fall asleep to it. It's lulling.

What a great game but man the camera is hard to get used too after playing pretty much anything else, its not even like resident evil with constant unique angles, the camera straight up trys to face behind you nearly every time you go thru a door, and when you try to correct it, it bounces off a wall back to in your face again. I don't mind constantly loading the map but its the slowest to load map. This is the only game I have ever played where I walk thru a door and try to go right back thru the same door... repeatedly

Game scared the life out of me when playing it. Itmade me feel like I was dreaming as well. Happening again, watching this...

Any reasonable man will see James not even give a damn to close the door of his car as he leaves and instantly realize the boy ain't right.

The amount of ads are ridiculous....
