London's Mayor Sadiq Khan claims to be building 'council housing.'
In reality he is encouraging London councils to declare council housing 'obsolete' and demolish it.

Affordable homes that should be refurbished are being replaced with unaffordable new homes. These are definitely not new council homes!

This unnecessary waste and destruction is one of the main causes of the housing crisis.
