You can easily spot a Wes Anderson movie. Saturated colors, symmetrical shots, extravagant set design, and so much more. What's your single favorite thing about Wes Anderson films?

It would be cool to see him make something outside his wheelhouse like a thriller or an action flick. I hope we get a lot more from him either way

One note who seems to frost his films rather than photograph them.

People say Wes Anderson films are weird but it was how movies were made. Vintage Analog and symmetric but Of Course his is more refined and cutting edge aesthetic,

Couldn’t have said it better myself, Wes!💖

Wes Anderson has the cinematography.

Christopher Nolan has the best plots.

Quentin Terantino has the best writing and dialogue.

Can we puh'leeze stop worshiping this guy as some sort of filmmaking savant? He's had two, possibly three good movies. Tops. The remainder of his product is tedious crap.

KEEP JUST DOING WHAT YOU LOVE, BC WHAT YOU LOVE...IS AMAZING! I have been obsessed with the way you stylin director movies since the very first one I ever saw, which was bottle rockets, and then Royal tenenbaums, and from then on I've have seen every movie that you've ever directed, simply because your style is unlike anyone elses coming to matter how many times you create a similar style throughout each movie. Plus, each movie is so wildly different no matter how some more of the style, and I can always tell a Wes Anderson film, without even knowing it's an Anderson film, so please just keep doing you, because there is no one like you, and that is but I think some are really afraid of. Your movies give me such an inspiration, and I noticed they did a very Wes Anderson-inspired episode of the show, on Apple TV, called, The After-party, season 2 episode 5, titled: Hannah. If you haven't seen it, check it out, please. 😊

He seems worried that all his movies are connected in a type of thread that link his style together, but that’s exactly why we love it - and recognise it. Same with Tarantino. We know we will love it precisely because there is a link to his unique style.

1. Eliminate all real emotion
2. Cover up lack of humanity with quirky color scheme
3. Make movies for people who hate people or who are unfortunately afflicted by some form of autism.

Visuals are his strong point.
Scripts and directing are not.
It's clear now, Rushmore was just luck.
