How to set up and run a large Zoom Meeting (not Webinar!) successfully

Thank you for all the good advice. I feel better about a large Zoom meeting I have to host soon.

Hi. Can zoom meeting hide the number of participant? Yet still allow the participant to turn on their video

Is there a possibility to find an attendee? If I want to make him co host, but there are 500 members. So how to fins him?

I have been having trouble the past few days with Zoom. Clients (located in China) that I've sent links to for meetings are not working. They cannot enter the Zoom Room. :-( What do I do? I cannot turn of the passcode anymore either. I thought if they could just enter the room I'd solve it. Let me know what I can do.
