Just came back from a trip to Vietnam and had bun thit nuong for the first time there. Liked it so much I wanted to make my own. This recipe is great and now I’m able to enjoy it again. Thank you!!!!
ОтветитьI couldn't find any other recipes with the thicker sauce. I've been eating it everyday in Da Nang. Thank you!
ОтветитьLOVE noodle salad 😍
ОтветитьWe've been to Vietnam 2 weeks ago. I enjoyed their food very much. Especially this one, Bun thit nuong and Cao Lau in Hoi An. I wish to make it at home in the Phils.
ОтветитьCan you use pork tenderloin instead of pork shoulder?
ОтветитьThis grilled pork noodle 🍜 🍝 salad 🥗 is gonna be awesome 👏🏻 😎 🤩 and great 👍🏻 😊 😌 I can’t stop 🛑 ✋🏻 eating 🍽 this my comfort food 🥘 🍱 🍲

I CANNOT WAIT!
This was incredible, thank you!
ОтветитьI’m so annoyed you can’t go back to her channel and see her recipe without going to the website. It’s so aggravating. Been following for 8 years and she took off all the ingredients. I should’ve made a recipe book before she took it all off… :(
ОтветитьI’m vietnamese! I have had thought about in English we oughta call it Cooked meat thin noodles. But calling it grilled pork noodle salad. That’s sounds find😃. Or maybe Grilled Meat noodle salad.
ОтветитьI made this and it’s amazing!! I also added baby gem lettuce and cucumber for a bit of fresh crunch! So good!
Ответитьi love Vietnamese food forever
Ответитьwhow whow ....hummm how refreshing, what a mix, nems, noodles, fresh vegetables, god, special home sauce,...I would eat this every day
ОтветитьWhy auntie Helen leave uncle Roger
ОтветитьOnline
ОтветитьNot an easy website to navigate through which is disappointing as your videos and recipes are great, but can’t find them on your web page. Why does your full recipe link not offer a direct link to each recipe on your page so people can familiarise themselves with your layout. Do you offer a search option on your site?
ОтветитьI like your videos. Cam on.
ОтветитьI wish there was video of you actually putting the meat onto the skewers!!
ОтветитьThis is a good marinade. I marinated chunks of pork for 2 days and grilled. Then sliced, served with rice or noodle.
ОтветитьQuestion?
Is the banana blossom raw?
Chị Helen ơi, có cách nào làm thịt nướng không cần lò nướng mà vẫn ngon ko ạ?
ОтветитьFrom what I've researched, the sauce started off as more of a liver and ground pork based sauce w chopped peanuts. Then people started putting peanut butter in it instead of chopped peanuts, so it was a liver/pork and peanut sauce. Then when it came to the US they took the liver out, bc it was either they were trying to make a veggie friendly version, or it was hard to find pork liver in American grocery stores, or they wanted to water it down to make it friendly to the American pallet *rolls eyes*. So the sauce morphed into modern day hoisin peanut sauce.
ОтветитьSo happy to find the central style sauce here
ОтветитьHello chị best sauce ever. Em ăn bún thịt nướng đà nẵng có sauce nhon lắm mà k thấy kênh nào chỉ làm hết. Thanks
ОтветитьWhat brand of soy sauce do u use? Cause there r so many different kinds and I swear chef never shows what brand. Each brand can make one dish saltier
ОтветитьShe had me until she mixed Pork Pâté with peanut butter. I must admit I'm skeptical of that sauce, but thank you for teaching me something new!
ОтветитьGood. Very detailed description 😜
ОтветитьThis was delicious!! Thank you for the recipe. Do you have an updated video on how you make this dish
ОтветитьThank you so much Helen. So simple and straightforward, I finally made this and it tasted so so good. I impressed myself!!! Thank you again Helen xx
ОтветитьHelen, looks delicious can't wait to make it. can i use tapioca flour or corn starch instead of rice flour?
ОтветитьWow this is a LOT OF WORK to make! Looks fun when I have 4 hours to cook a meal though.
ОтветитьThank you for your videos i really love vietnamese food
ОтветитьMy favorite dish! Bun Thit Nuong! I eat it every Monday and I’m from San Jose where there’s a huge population of Vietnamese.
ОтветитьMy favorite Dish. It's just gorgeous
ОтветитьVery refreshing not like u feel lazy after eating a burger.
ОтветитьMy favorite Vietnamese dish.
ОтветитьWhat kind of oil did she add on top at the end?
ОтветитьThis is literally one of my favorite things to eat. After moving from the Bay Area to a place w/ no Vietnamese restaurants, I became obsessed with reproducing this dish at home. Eventually I ended up spending time in Vietnam. Love love love bun thit nuong and bun ga nuong!
ОтветитьOh my gosh!! Helen that dish looks so delicious 😋
That man really made it so so yummy 😋
Thank you so much for this recipe Helen I love ❤️

ОтветитьXin chao! Cam o'n for tonight's dinner. Just what I was hoping to find here on your channel this morning. I spent my month in your beautiful country, from January 9th to just after Tet; THREE cooking classes! Not this one. (I am almost "expert" at "Fresh Spring Rolls", every different lesson began with those. MORE, please!) You have been a factor in my decision to move over there in a couple of years or so, permanently
.
I had this one time at Vietnamese Restaurant and can't get enough of this. As I know now how to make it, think I'll try cook it by my self! Thank you
ОтветитьYou did a good job. keep it up. Vietnamese cuisine is on of the best if not top.
ОтветитьWhat makes your recipes different is the cultural shots of Vietnam, I'm in love. Such a beautiful country with such sweet people and amazing foods! :D <3
ОтветитьI had this in HCMC tonight and will definitely try your recipe when I get back home :)
