"Scan a STEAM QR CODE to SIGN IN" What the fuck do they want from me???? WHERE IS THE QR CODE? Steam PC desktop app? Handwritten mail from Valve? The imaginary QR code that I have to pull out of my ass?

If you got a new phone and you already had authenticator on the old phone, just go to the new one and select “Add authenticator” and you don’t get a cooldown
