For anyone who wants to get out of the sandbox, I got approved on the first try. Make sure you answer exactly, in correct English, and not too short or too long (few paragraphs should be sufficient) all the questions that are suggested in the little question mark next to the description box. They clearly tell you what information they want to hear from you, and I'm sure they use this description as a filter for people who actually take the time to read it and answer it properly. I copied and pasted the three questions "what will you use it for", "What will you do when the email bounces" etc, and answered it clearly and concisely. Put yourself in the shoes of Amazon SES. What do they want to read? That you will not abuse their systems. They don't want complaints and have their reputation as email sending service compromised. So give them everything they want to hear. Double opt-in, no use of no-reply, unsubscribe link under each email, how emails are collected, etc etc. I also had my domains verified in advance, and these domains host reputable sites that contain address info, phone numbers, positive google reviews, etc. Make sure your verified domains are reputable sites. I tried to add Amazon SMTP but its showing error that credentials incorrect but I am using the same credentials which I use to login my aws amazon account. I follow the process you explained in your video but still same error. Can you please let me know how can I add it?
